Conditions for the use of Sims InfoWeb

All the information, content, data, materials and reports or any part thereof (collectively the "Information") contained in the website(s) ("Website(s)") maintained by Sims Trading Company Ltd ("Sims Trading") regardless they are viewed on screen or printed in hardcopy shall at all times remain the sole property of the Sims Trading.

All Information is released to designated end-users (including both the clients of Sims Trading and such other person as Sims Trading may approve at its absolute discretion approve) ("Designated End-Users") by the Management of Sims Trading and their respective access rights to Website(s) of Sims Trading are subject to review by Sims Trading from time to time.

Designated End-Users agree that they will restrict the use of the Information obtained from the Website(s) of Sims Trading solely to business directly related to Sims Trading and no Information in any form shall be released to any persons not related to Sims Trading.

Designated End-Users agree and acknowledge that any circulation, distribution, viewing and reproduction of all or any Information in the Website(s) of Sims Trading without Sims Trading's prior written consent and authorization is strictly prohibited.

Please be reminded that Sims Trading may exercise its rights against any unauthorized access to and use of Information in the Website(s) of Sims Trading.

Designated End-Users should not release or disclose to and should take all preventive measures to avoid access by other person(s) to their User ID and password. Releasing User ID and password by Designated End-Users to their subordinates to obtain data on their behalves is undesirable and should be avoided in any event. If need be, Designated End-Users must change the password immediately after the required information has been acquired, and Designated End-Users shall bear all liabilities and responsibilities and risk of Information being exposed to third parties.

Designated End-Users are advised to change their password at regular intervals and should not release to any persons not known to and approved by Sims Trading.

Sims Trading has the absolute rights to reject Designated End-Users' entry to the Website(s) of Sims Trading and access to the Information therein from time to time.

Designated End-Users should forthwith inform Sims Trading in writing of any change in personnel to avoid exploitation of the Information in the Website(s) of Sims Trading. Designated End-Users are reminded of the potential liability for Sims Trading's costs and losses as a result of any failure or delay in informing Sims Trading of such changes.

Designated End-Users should follow strictly the instructions of data retrieval procedures in the Website(s) of Sims Trading and should contact the representatives of Sims Trading immediately when experience difficulties and should not try any computing and/or programming on their own.

The Website(s) of Sims Trading are prepared for the general information for the Designated End-Users only and Sims Trading may need to up-date the Information on the Website(s) from time to time. Whilst every effort has been made to ensure accuracy and completeness, Sims Trading should not be held liabile whatsoever for any errors or omissions nor will Sims Trading accept any responsibility for any transmission of any virus which may infect the Designated End-Users' equipment through accessing the Website(s) of Sims Trading.
